Conscious Dating Support Group

A grounded space for people navigating dating after divorce, long-term relationships, or major life transitions.

Dating today can feel both deeply personal and unexpectedly overwhelming. Many people are trying to balance openness with self-protection, chemistry with compatibility, and hope with discernment. After divorce or significant relationship experiences, dating often becomes less about finding someone quickly and more about understanding yourself more clearly within connection.

This group was created for people who want a more thoughtful and conscious approach to dating. It is a supportive community for individuals who are exploring modern dating while also paying attention to emotional patterns, boundaries, communication, pacing, and relational health.

Together, we explore the realities of dating in a way that is honest, grounded, and reflective. Conversations include topics such as emotional availability, attachment patterns, authenticity, dating apps, nervous system awareness, discernment, boundaries, loneliness, vulnerability, attraction, compatibility, and building healthy connection over time.

This is not a group centered around performance, game-playing, or rigid dating rules. It is a space for curiosity, self-awareness, meaningful conversation, and community support.

Each session includes :

  • guided discussion

  • reflection exercises

  • space for participants to process real-life dating experiences in a supportive environment.

  • Whether you are newly dating again, feeling discouraged by modern dating culture, recovering from unhealthy relationship dynamics, or simply wanting a more intentional experience, this group offers both practical insight and emotional support.

Bonus session!! At the end of the 4 weeks we gather online and screen share some of the potential choices and get feedback on analyzing profile content and “digital body language”. This works for in-person meet up dating as well. This session has been a favorite!
