Navigating Life’s Transitions: Embracing the journey between what was and what will be

Life’s transitions—whether planned or unexpected—offer powerful opportunities for transformation and growth for women.

In this special gathering of The Women’s Power Series, you’ll join a supportive community of women who are navigating similar crossroads. Together, we’ll explore the stages of transition, with special focus on the often overlooked “middle space”—that crucial period between letting go of the old and embracing the new.

Our distinguished panel of therapists and coaches, will guide you through understanding how to not just survive but thrive in the uncertainty. Many of us have been conditioned to rush through transitions, waiting until we’re “done” or have “arrived” before we feel permission to be present. This workshop challenges that notion, inviting you to shift your perspective on change and appreciate the vital growth that happens precisely when we feel most “stuck” or in-between.

Through guided exercises, panel insights, and community reflection, we’ll address common challenges women face during transitions: fear of the unknown, setting meaningful intentions aligned with your authentic self, and building supportive connections that honor your journey.

Together, we’ll explore hesitation, learn how to move forward with whatever emotions arise, and create a personalized roadmap for embracing change as it unfolds—not just when it’s complete.

Whether you’re navigating divorce, career transitions, empty nesting, relocation, or redefining your purpose in this phase of life, this gathering offers the wisdom, tools, and encouragement you need to embrace your next chapter with confidence and grace.

What You Will Learn:

• How to recognize and honor the “stuck” phase as a necessary and valuable part of any transition

• Practical techniques to build comfort with uncertainty and find stability within change

• Ways to identify and release outdated patterns and beliefs that no longer serve your evolving identity

• Strategies for setting boundaries and communicating needs during periods of personal transformation

• Methods to distinguish between productive pause and avoidance in your transition journey

• Self-compassion practices specifically designed for women navigating midlife changes

• How to create meaningful rituals that acknowledge both endings and beginnings

• Techniques to access your intuition and inner wisdom when external certainty is unavailable

• Community-building approaches that provide support without creating dependency

• Tools for embracing the “both/and” reality of transitions—holding grief and possibility simultaneously

Join us for this transformative gathering where we’ll create a safe space to explore, connect, and grow through life’s inevitable transitions. Discover how the very moments that feel most uncertain can become your greatest teachers and catalysts for authentic living.

Together, we’ll also take time to get honest about what we want, need, and value in our relationships, and how we can begin showing up more congruently in our lives.

This gathering is for any woman who wants to live, love, and lead from a place of deeper truth and emotional integrity.

The Masks We Wear: Exploring Authenticity in Relationships

The Masks We Wear: Exploring Authenticity in Relationships

In a world where masks are often necessary to navigate social expectations, how do we cultivate genuine connection?

Join us for an empowering evening of insight, reflection, and conversation.

This workshop explores the roles and facades we adopt—why we wear them, how they’ve helped us survive, and how they may be keeping us from deeper, more aligned relationships.

We’ll explore how early messages, gendered conditioning, or unsafe relational experiences can cause us to disconnect from our true selves—and how reclaiming authenticity can feel both risky and freeing.

Together, we’ll also take time to get honest about what we want, need, and value in our relationships, and how we can begin showing up more congruently in our lives.

You will learn:

• How to recognize the roles and masks you wear in different relationships

• Why these protective strategies developed and how they once served you

• How to safely practice authenticity and vulnerability

• How to spot authenticity (or lack of it) in others

• Tools to build more aligned, meaningful connections—starting with yourself

Redefining Toxic Relationships: Recognizing patterns and dynamics

What does it really mean to be in a toxic relationship?

This workshop invites you to look inward—exploring how self-awareness and body wisdom can help you recognize unhealthy dynamics. By tuning into what your body and intuition are telling you, you can discern whether discomfort comes from personal wounds being triggered or from the genuine suffering of an unhealthy relationship.

Our expert panelists will discuss patterns that lead to toxic interactions, including compulsions to carry others’ responsibilities, cravings to be rescued, and the ways unresolved wounds make toxic relationships feel familiar—even comfortable.

Through reflection and discussion, you’ll learn how to exercise boundaries that create safety, recognize when you’re out of alignment with your values, and break free from cycles of unhealthy connection. Whether in friendships, family, or romantic relationships, this class will give you the tools to foster self-trust, empowerment, and relationships rooted in mutual respect and growth.
