    Divorce Coaching

Divorce can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone. As your Certified Divorce Coach, I provide clear guidance and compassionate support through the emotional, financial, and legal challenges of separation. Together, we’ll create strategies for co-parenting, preparing for mediation, and rebuilding your confidence. My goal is to help you navigate this transition with clarity, strength, and a plan for what comes next.

    Dating/Relationship Coaching

My dating coaching helps you break free from old patterns and approach relationships with clarity, confidence, and authenticity. Together, we explore your values, boundaries, and goals so you can date with intention rather than guesswork. Whether you’re just re-entering the dating world after divorce or looking to deepen your self-awareness, I provide tools and guidance that make dating feel less overwhelming and more empowering. This is about creating connections that align with who you truly are; and building a foundation for healthy, lasting love.

    Groups

My coaching groups offer a supportive space, in-person or online, to connect with others who understand what you’re going through. Together, we explore tools and strategies for navigating divorce, rebuilding confidence, and creating healthy relationships. Each group blends guidance, reflection, and community so you can grow in a safe, judgment-free environment. You’ll leave with clarity, practical skills, and the reassurance that you are not alone on this journey.

    Should I Stay or Go?

You don’t have to make this decision alone or in a rush.

The Courage to Know program offers a structured, compassionate space to explore your relationship with honesty and courage. Together, we’ll untangle what’s driving your uncertainty, your values, fears, patterns, and hopes, so you can make a choice grounded in clarity and self-trust, not confusion or guilt. Whether you decide to rebuild or release, you’ll leave this process with a deeper understanding of yourself and a path forward that truly aligns with your future self.cription goes here
